Nice spool, bad handle.Jun 13, 2011

I highly recommend the finger version, which this product basically is with an added rotating handle. I couldn't figure out a decent way to use the handle while diving so I ended up taking the handle off and using it as a finger reel. The issue witht he mechanism is the lack of guide for the line and the collapsing handle on the side which closes at times when your trying to reel. Combined they are more fuss to deal with while drifting in a current. The reel itself is made well fits in a BCD pocket.
