Insuffient information.Feb 01, 2010

I have purchsed 5-6 otter boxes from different suppliers. They all come with foam inside which allows for perfect packing of whatever it is you need to protect. This time I purchased a similar box but it came with no foam inside. I contacted the supplier and was told these boxes were supplied by Otter box with and without the foam. However, in the item description they did not mention this model came without the foam. They offered to try to solve the problem, find the foam and send it to me shortly. They never contacted me again.
I am not so sure about the Otter Box story comming without foam as you can clearly see inside the box where the foam was originally glued.
They should provide full details on what they are selling.
