We've taken our popular 2600 and outfitted it with our Recoil LED module. What you get is a hands-free light that's extremely powerful, durable, and efficient. The 2680 uses a 1 watt LED that's aimed backwards into the reflector. 100% of the light is captured and aimed forward as a tight collimated beam that's as bright as an incandescent. The body is made of tough ABS resin that's corrosion proof, submersible, and virtually indestructible. Good but not brilliantMay 16, 2007

For use on land too (front) heavy. Construction would greatly benefit from moving the battary container to the back. Under water not so much an issue but difficult to use with a diving mask. Slips off easily. Very focused beam under water, very good in mercy water. Very good backup. Could use a small handle where you can attach a hook.
